We specialise in residential builds and renovations, including new homes, extensions, energy upgrades & retrofits, small home fixes and also commercial fit-outs. Our focus is on delivering high quality workmanship and tailored solutions that fit your lifestyle and budget.
How long does a typical home build or renovation take?
Every project is different, but on average, a new build can take 8–12 months, while extensions or renovations usually range from 3–6 months. We provide a detailed timeline at the start and keep you updated at every stage.
How much will my project cost?
Costs vary depending on size, materials, and finishes. We provide transparent quotations with no hidden extras and work with you to match your budget without compromising on quality.
Can you work on occupied homes during renovations?
Yes, we’re experienced in managing renovations while clients remain in their homes. We’ll plan works to minimise disruption, maintain safe working areas, and keep your daily routine in mind.
Are you fully insured and certified?
Yes. Rencon is fully insured and works only with certified tradespeople. We also stand over our work with warranties for peace of mind.
Where does Rencon operate?
We work across Dublin, Kildare, Meath, Wicklow, Cavan and the Midlands (Westmeath, Longford, Offaly), delivering new builds, extensions, and renovations for homeowners and developers. If you’re outside this area, get in touch – we’ll always do our best to accommodate or recommend trusted partners.
