At the heart of the Exquisite Family Home in The Downs, Rencon was proud to deliver the second-fix carpentry package — the stage where precision, finish and detail truly define the character of a home.
From custom internal doors and architraves to bespoke joinery, wardrobe installations and trim work, our team brought each room to life with finesse. We handled all wardrobes, cabinetry, shelving, skirtings, door frames, and detailed woodwork, ensuring seamless alignment with the architectural vision.
Every joint was refined, every finish smooth, and every piece installed to exacting tolerances. Even though we were not involved in the early structural or build works, our contribution added the final, tactile layer of craft that elevates a house from impressive build to truly refined home.
